MINI CHERRY CHEESECAKE COOKIE CUPS

Mini Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Cups - All the flavor of cherry cheesecake, served in mini sugar cookie cups! They're super easy to make and are perfect for serving a crowd!!

INGREDIENTS

Dough

• 6 tbsp butter softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 3/4 tsp almond extract
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Filling

• 1/3 cup whipping cream
• 3 oz cream cheese softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
• 10.5 oz Cherry pie filling (about half of a 21 oz can)
