INGREDIENTS

2-4 8-ounce Filet Mignon steaks (about 1½ inch thick)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoon butter

2 teaspoons kosher salt

fresh ground pepper

fresh chopped parsley


For the Garlic Herb Butter

1 stick butter softened

1 tablespoon rosemary

1 tablespoon fresh thyme

2 garlic cloves minced
