Gingerbread Baked Donuts


These donuts make a great holiday breakfast! They are easy to make and don’t take very much time to prep and bake. So you can be in and out of the kitchen in no time.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c . all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp . ground ginger
  • 1 tsp . ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp . baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp . baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp . salt
  • 1/4 c . coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 c . brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 c . molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 c . milk low-fat ok
  • 1/3 c . fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 c . granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp . ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp . ground ginger
