CINNAMON TWISTS


Sweet little keto cinnamon pastries with a secret ingredient (and it's NOT pork rinds!) And yes, they are still low carb and grain-free. Happy breakfast!

Serves 10 twists

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp granulated Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Glaze:
  • 2 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Water
