Low Carb Sub Sandwich
This low carb sub sandwich recipe is high in fibre and very filling. It is very easy to make and is gluten free and grain free too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup (56g) Coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons Flaxseed flour/ground flaxseed
- 4 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 5 eggs separated
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup (250 ml) boiling water
