These Paleo Pecan Pie Muffins are so easy to make. They are rich, sweet and full of buttery pecans. Gluten free, dairy free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pecans, chopped
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips optional
