S’mores Cookies

Soft, thick graham cracker cookie loaded with sweet chocolate chip kisses and marshmallow miniatures! These cookies are all the flavors you love about a classic s’more but in a handheld, less messy cookie! Don’t let summer pass without making these.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/3 cups flour
• 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Chocolate Chips 
• 1 cup Puffed Marsmallow
