- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cake Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 eggs room temp
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 1/4 cups organic blueberries
Glaze Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice from the zested lemon
