STRAWBERRY PRETZEL PIE
The sweet and salty crust on this Strawberry Pretzel Pie makes this easy, no bake pie a delicious spring or summer dessert.
Yield: 1 - 9 inch pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 - 3 ounce box strawberry jello
- 1 packet plain Knox gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 - 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
